TRIM SPINNERS
TRIM SPINNERS
The trimming spinner is a very practical tool for holding your pots on the potter wheel or on the centering cone during the finishing operation of your pots.
It can be held with the tip of the finger on the concave upper part or between the fingers by its arched body. The new LP (Low Profile) model is intended to be held only with the fingertips.
The very flexible silicone end allows it to grip the surface of the clay well without leaving traces.
It is removable for easy cleaning.

How to clean you tool?
The silicone part needs to be disassembled and is easily washed with water. You can use a soft brush like an old toothbrush to remove any clay deposits.
Attention: the handle cannot be immersed in water because the bearing will be damaged. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean it. Reassemble the silicone part once completely dry on the bearing.
How to store your tool ?
Ideally on its support stand (available as an option). In a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Does exist spare parts ?
Yes. You can order the silicone tip and the bearing separately. You can also find a replacement bearing at a roller skate dealer.
TIP
Trimming is more effective with leather-like clay.
